Students and staff revel in Pioneers success

20.03.19

College students and staff have recently enjoyed success in their respective Mount Gambier Pioneers Basketball teams. Congratulations to Year 11 students Sarah Nulty and Emily Dawe, Year 12 students Matt Black and Malok Makoi, High Performance Sports Program Director of Basketball, Richard Hill, and Basketball Head Coach, Tom Daly, on their recent successes in their respective Pioneers Basketball teams.

The OneFortyOne Pioneers Women’s Team and the Castec Rural Pioneers Men’s team both played against the Southern Tigers on Saturday night in front of a sold out Icehouse crowd - with both teams successfully winning their games.

It was fantastic to have such a wonderful representation of Tenison Woods College staff and students playing in front of a packed-house of passionate Mount Gambier Pioneers supporters.
